Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop the sales and marketing plan to drive DIRECT sales in conjunction with management vision and aligned with group sales targets
  • Assisting the sales offices to manage and develop and improve their sales, marketing and creative resources, so as to enhance sales and improve recruitment outcomes
  • Provide analysis and recommendations on all aspects of the region which will have a short and long term impact on student recruitment in the region
  • Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of the company’s international partners processes, procedures and products
  • Monitoring industry developments and national and international competition focusing on the Canada market
  • Creating and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients both nationally and internationally
  • Maintaining and developing accurate and regular reports in order to analyse the sales and revenue figures
  • Developing and executing business strategies for senior management
  • Working towards allocated sales targets and meeting those targets

Qualification

  • Proven track record and substantial experience in student recruitment, along with strong commercial and tactical instincts
  • A university graduate
  • An ability to work independently but multi-task in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment, with good attention to detail
  • Strong analytical skills, with an ability to understand and act on market trends, aligning thoughts and plans to short and long term strategy
  • Ability to work with and communicate effectively with colleagues and students, as well as to senior management
  • Results-oriented, with a hunger for sales
