Eligibility Criteria for SCU Scholarships
To qualify for the SCU Scholarships, applicants must meet the following requirements:
General Requirements
- Required Language: English
- Eligible Countries: Open to international students from all countries, except citizens or permanent residents of Australia or New Zealand.
- Full-time Study: Applicants must apply to study a full-time undergraduate or postgraduate coursework degree at one of the following campuses:
- Lismore
- Gold Coast
- Coffs Harbour
Academic Requirements
- Undergraduate Entry:
- Must hold a qualification equivalent to Australian Year 12 and meet the required entry grade for the program.
- Must have an English proficiency comparable to IELTS 6.0 overall, with no band score less than 5.5. (click here)

- Must hold a qualification equivalent to an Australian Bachelor degree.
- Must have an English proficiency comparable to IELTS 6.5.
Progression & Attendance Requirements
- Students must successfully complete all units and maintain at least a pass in all units to remain eligible for the scholarship.
- Students must meet the attendance requirements for their program and student visa to maintain eligibility.
