University of Waterloo Scholarship Coverage

The University of Waterloo Scholarships provide the following benefits:

  • David Johnston–Lebovic Foundation International Experience Awards:

Eligibility Criteria for University of Waterloo Scholarships

To be eligible for University of Waterloo Scholarships, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Academic Requirements:
    • For undergraduate students: a minimum of 70% average.
    • For graduate students: a minimum of 75% average.

  • Additional Restrictions:
    • Students grand-parented under the existing IMSA program cannot be nominated for an IMAE.
    • A student who has previously been awarded an IMSA for a completed master’s degree can be nominated for the IMAE.
