Here are the eligibility requirements for the Asian Development Bank – Japan Scholarship Program:

  • Eligible Countries: Open to citizens of ADB’s borrowing member countries.
  • Applicants must be a national of an ADB borrowing member country (applicants from countries that no longer borrow from ADB are not eligible).
